Boulder Farmstead Water Company, in coordination with Jones & DeMille Engineering, is investigating service lines throughout the community to identify pipe material. Lines found to contain lead, galvanized steel, or copper will be replaced with approved materials from the main line to the residence.

All disturbed landscaping, fencing, and surface improvements restored to original state or better.
Existing utilities including irrigation, power, gas, and phone lines will be protected and restored.
